They sent the wrong product one time They stopped carrying my brand and didn't inform meI only found out that they didn't have it anymore after my order was over due They called my house requesting my doctor's updated information and they hadn't informed me that my prescription needed to be updated They faxed a prescription request to my doctor and didn't inform me that the doctor didn't respond(the doctor was moving from building to another When I called to ask about my reorder they told me still waiting on the DR to send the RX not the first time they do this

My previous supplier was sold to US Med I used them initially a few times and then I stopped getting shipments so I called to get more test strips I am an insulin dependent diabetic and test times a day I was told that they would fax my Dra form to fill out for my prescription I kept calling and checking and they did not fax it (my friend works for my Dr.) US Med kept saying my DrWould not return the scriptWRONG they didn't send it I called and asked if I could have their fax number and my DrWould fax it in They said they had a "special form" not just a prescription that they needed THey sent out some samples to get me throughFINALLY THEY sent the form and my Drsent it back I followed up and was told that they had received the prescription they checked on my insurance and told me they would ship it out No deliveryCalled back to find out why I had not received it After being on hold for a long time and transferred multiple times I was told that I had a balance due from over a year ago I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A BILL OR STATEMENT FOR THESE CHARGES!! I told them that I would make a payment right then and asked why in the multiple phone calls I have made before I was not told of thisThat the last time I called I was told everything was good to go and my strips would be sent that day I was transferred to another person to make the payment After being on hold again I finally got to the right department and the woman said she could take my payment She put me on hold and then the call disconnectedWhen I called back I received a recording that the office was closed but the message said they were open until pm on Fridays I called again and asked for customer service and told them I was on hold and was suddenly disconnected He told me that they often leave at pm not pm like the recording says He checked across the hall and said yes they had closed early that daySo they put me on hold and disconnected me because it was time for them to leave earlyBy this time I was on my 5th call back to them and was trying for minutes to try to sort out why my strips had not been shipped out and try to pay the back charges I was not told of I called later and got through and paid my back charges on Monday I was told the strips would go out that day On Thursday today I followed up and was told NO they have not been shipped but she would get them out todayThen she said well you just made the payment on MondayI HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET STRIPS FROM THIS COMPANY SINCE APRIL IT IS NOW JUNE I can't believe how poorly run this company is and the customer services is awful THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH DO NOT USE THEM EVER I will be finding another company the next time I need testing suppliesI am also telling my employer that we need to find another supplier and I am filing a complaint with Blue Cross Blue Shield

I would not recommend this Company to anyoneI have been waiting for a replacement CPAP Mask since OctI was first told it was on back order in Novthen told that it had to be reauthorized because it was end of year, again told on backorder in Feband today I was connected to an answering service to leave my name There have been delays with every replacement order that requires several phone calls before I get the supplies This is unacceptable for any medical supplies and especially for equipment needed for a CPAP machine I am also making a complaint about this to my insurance company

The company I used to use sold to US Med I just got a new prescription from my Drand called to get set up At first they said I hadn't ordered in years wrong it was July of So I told them I had my prescription and they told me to fax it I did that Called a couple of days later and they couldn't find it They asked that I refax to another number, which I did Called a couple of days later and they could not find that one either I have called almost daily and they wanted me to fax AGAIN I said "NO" and cancel my account I was put on hold while they looked one more time They had the audacity to call my Doctor and tell him I was mad because he had not faxed the paperwork and that I was almost out of testing stripscompletely INCORRECT! They lied to my Doctor! He was never faxed by them and I have plenty of test strips I will never ever work with company again!

Horrible company to deal with, nothing but a run around for the last weeks, promised to send sample test strips to get me trough until they processed everythingNothing has been received (i am out of strips and a insulin dependent diabeticWould not recommend to anyoneThey do not appear to work their stated hours, constantly get a message to call back during working hours

Very misleading in the initial "sales pitch". Promises zero cost to the patient. YOU WILL BE BILLED by your insurance company. After calls made, USM does not offer customer service.

US MED called me about 8 weeks ago and told me I met there qualifications for a diabetic meter, so I gave them all the information they needed, I was told if there was any problems they would let me know. I received a call in Sept telling me that my Dr approved everything and that everything looked good on there end to and that I would receive my medical supplies on Friday Oct. 2, 2015 today is the 12 and I called them to see what the problem was, after geting tossed around to 6 different people I was told I was not approved for this through my insurance. I just told them to close eveything out and hung up my phone. Very disapointed in this company. Something needs to be done about this type of business and false advertising so people don't get pushed around again.
