Review: I understand that my complaint is being filed far after the time of service but I tried eveyrthing to resolve it and I don't find it should be my fault that the woman who handled my business that day did her job incorrect. I went in to mail 2 helmets back to 2 different locations. I told her I wanted $50 insurance on both of the items. I still have the receipt. I had already paid $50 for the item and then had to pay money to return the item. I gave the lady my items she put into the computer what she needed and then showed me my tracking number and I paid and went on my way. A few days later I had checked the items and the one had been received the other had not even left the facility. I called and of course no one was able to help me, I also had an issue with the woman who had done my shipping since the whole time she was waiting on me she was talking to other customers. Terrible! Mayve she should pay attention. Well come to find out my item was "never found" and apparently it had been shipped incorrectly and there was no insurance. I have receipts to prove everything. I want a refund for my shipping and a refund for the item that "never got found"Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the helmet which I have proof of the cost and the amount of shipping to return it to the carrier. I can provide receipts for everything. The USPS told me they would call me and they never did, I made nubmerous attempts to resolve this and no one ever even bothered to help me. Now I am out almost $100 for someones careless mistakes.
