We at Comfort Solutions, Inc would like to offer a sincere apology for the length of time that the customer had to wait for the repair Sometimes, unfortunately it may take a little longer for a part to come in We could offer a refund of $for the diagnostic charge as a
compensation for the inconvenience she was caused The furnace seems to be in good condition, and sometimes with mechanical items and equipment things will go out on them for no given reason Pressure switch is a very common part that goes out on any furnace If there is anything else that needs to be done to the furnace we would be more than happy to help in the situation Our policy with no heat calls is to try to the best of our ability to get a call completed within 24-hrs on the original call and sometimes that doesn't happen and so for that we apologize. Mr. [redacted], I apologize that it seems you have had a difficult time with getting a resolution to your pool heater.  We would like to extend to you the $285 that you have paid for the sensor repair to put toward the cost of the board.  The cost of the board that you need I believe...
