Review: Purchased a Heat Siphon heat pump from www.[redacted]. They were very good about communications and delivery. After installation we were having problems with the heat pump continually shutting off. Called Heat Siphon (United States Thermoamp, Inc.) and went through the problems. They agreed to send a technician. Took forever and multiple phone calls. I finally had to find a local repair person and get Heat Siphon to agree to pay them, which they did. The service call was May 31, 2013.[redacted] came out and serviced the unit and sent their invoice to Heat Siphon to be paid. After multiple attempts to get them to pay they contacted me and told me they hadn't been paid. I in turn contacted [redacted] at Heat Siphon, she said she never got the invoice. [redacted] sent it again. It still went unpaid. Again I contacted [redacted], no response. Sent emails, no reply. Finally had [redacted] from [redacted] contact [redacted]. Once again, she claimed not to have received the invoice. [redacted], resent it via email.As of, August 12, 2013, the invoice has still not been paid. [redacted] has also attempted to get the invoice paid, to no avail. It appears as though I will have to pay the bill myself since it is in my name to avoid a credit rating issue.Desired Settlement: Send me a check in the amount of $134.76 for the bill which I will pay.

([redacted]s) service call. The service call was reported and entered in our system on May 24,2013. Heat Siphon contacted another service company for this job, but they could not get Ms [redacted]s on the schedule to job until a week after service call was reported. Ms [redacted] picked a local company that could come out quicker, and yes I ([redacted]) agreed. I ([redacted]) talk to [redacted] and agreed on a rate for service. And "yes" Heat Siphon never received a service Invoice from [redacted]. [redacted] from [redacted] pumps sent the service invoice by email (attached) and it was PAID and mailed by Heat Siphon on 8/7/13 vis check #[redacted]. After review the (attached invoice, I ([redacted]) see why [redacted] never submitted the Invoice to Heat Siphon.This was.NOT a warranty problem. It appears that the Heat Siphon (referred to Heat Pump on invoice) is working correctly per factory specifications. Customer has plumbed the Heat Siphon incorrectly and installed solar prior to Heat Siphon, thus causing the Heat Slohon not to start. This is due to solar heating the water to temperature and sending that water through tho Heat Siphon, The Heat Siphon's temperature censor seen that the water temperature was at the desire temperature and would not start. This is clearly stated on this invoice. Ms. [redacted] really Is responsible for the charges.

This should be cleared from any documentation on the Revdex.com files.
