We bought our first home, a townhouse from Ehrenberg and have had nothing but regretIt wasn't till after the purchase that we started to notice lazy craftsmanship ( drywalled over a window!!), cut corners, missing essentials (like a water tap and the front of the house)When we contacted them each time they were slow to respond and dismissiveThe outside of our townhouse is covered in dirt and dust as we are right next to a fieldWhen I asked them if they were going to clean it I was told it's my responsibilityI would like to know how I am supposed to clean it with no access to water out frontWe pay condo fees but our complex is poorly maintainedWhere is our condo fees going? Very Disappointed! Wanting to sell our house asap and never purchase from them again!
