[redacted] registered her son [redacted] on August **, 2012, to our one

year two times a week beginner program, she choose the 50% discount option of

one payment of $1200.00 with $95 registration fee. Her payment was broken down

to $250 on august **,2012 and $950 on August **,2015, the payments were noted

down on the agreement and signed by the buyer in recognition of her payment.

After 5 months her son was offered to upgrade his program to our advance team

black belt club, in this program the members can attend two to five times a

week, Again she choose the 50% discount option of one payment for the upgrade

of the program, she paid an additional $2760, which was broken down to December

**, 2012 $690, second payment of $700 on January *,2013, third payment of $680

on January **,2013 and final payment of $690 on February **,2013. [redacted] was

doing very well for the next 18 months until he was unable to attend due to his

health, at that time [redacted] was advised that [redacted] program was frozen until

the day he comes back without any time limit, [redacted] come to our center on

August *,2015 requesting a copy of agreement with proof of credit [redacted] has,

proof of pending membership was giving to her by our head master R[redacted] and

told her that her son [redacted] has 18 months of credit that he can use at anytime

or can even transfer the membership to [redacted] younger brother with no additional

cost, she told our staff she will come back in a few months and never came

back. This Complaint has taken us by surprise especially because there was no

communication after her last visit to our center. As mentioned in the signed

agreement, the program is a discount course with no refund. Buyers have up to three

days to cancel program penalty free from the date membership is signed. Buyer

is responsible for the agreement signed and payment made. No cancellation was

done. The charge is valid. We can attached a copy of the agreement if needed.
