United Taxi claims to be able to take people to Pearson airport from Kitchener for 89.00 dollars. Sounds great, you say. Much better than [redacted]. Well, you may call United Taxi and speak to a friendly young lady; she will take all the details of your flight, pick up time, and even how much luggage you have. You will go to sleep that evening feeling confident that you will have a ride in the morning. You will wake early, wrestle your three kids out of bed, get dressed in your winter clothes and wait for the taxi to arrive at 5:00 am.

But the taxi will not come. And when you call United Taxi to ask why, they will simply tell you there was no booking made and that is that. And you will panic and beg a ride, and just barely make your flight to XXX for your mother-in-law's funeral.

In my experience United Taxi are much better at telling you they can drive you to Pearson airport than they are at actually doing it.
