Review: Ordered a product 30 days ago, received a call to confirm order. Last I heard. Called today to check on it. was told I would receive call back in 10-12 minutes, two hours later no call and every time I tried to call their number, all I got was asking me to leave a recorded message. did that, sent email (got auto response), no one ever answered on their chat line. When I finally reached someone they told me they were having technical difficulties and hadnt received my product from the manufacturer. I asked to cancel order, refund money and send me a confirmation of same. Have received neither. They are still advertising the product on the website.Desired Settlement: I think the company is a sham, but all I want is my money back.

I can personally assure you that we will look into this matter and handle it accordingly. Please note that the current status of your order is marked as: “Cancelled by Customer / Credit Card Authorization Voided”. Unfortunately, the ordered item is not yet available due to manufacturer’s production issues. The updated listing indicates the new extended lead-time.In regards to the payment and refund: As per our policy, when you place an order, we will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure the funds are available. If you are using MasterCard or Visa, the pre-authorization may appear as if you have been charged but the account is not debited until the order ships. We never process the actual charge to customer’s card until the order is shipped. On December [redacted] we sent emailed you Order Cancelation Confirmation email. We apologize if you have not received that email. It might have ended up in your Spam or Junk folder instead of the Inbox. We will resend the email and call you on Monday, January [redacted]. Thank you. ?

Review: I work for a high-volume mental health and substance abuse treatment center and we were interested in purchasing a pill counting machine for one of our locations. After working with a seller on LabEquipmentDepot.com for over a month to find the pill counting machine I was looking for, I received a completely different product than what was described to me through our emails and on the website. Instead, I received a pharmaceutical grade scale. I reached out to return the product but was informed that I would have to pay a 30% restocking fee, even though I received the wrong product and it was never advertised to me before I made my purchase that I would have any return penalties. I believe the operators of this website are running several websites that are illegitimate, and duping customers on different URLs. I strongly believe this to be true because while I was researching these machines, I stumbled across another website called [redacted] and the customer service department was run by the same person as LabEquipmentDepot.com.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the return of my product, with no restocking fees taken out. I would also like an investigation into the duplicitous practices of this business.

We appreciate your business and do everything to help each and every customer with any and all needs they have pertaining to the products we distribute.

We value your business, and as an exception we will issue a full refund without charging a restocking fee. The refund will be issued back to your credit card once your return is received and inspected by the manufacturer.

We understand that you were interested in a mechanical pill counting machine, and the product that you ordered has the ability to measure the weight of pills, which makes it a pill counting tool, but it is not a mechanical pill counting machine.

Please understand we ask customers to review the compatibility and technical information carefully before placing orders. Some of our products are built to order, custom made, and/or are not accepted by the product manufacturers without charging a restocking fee. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure product compatibility.

Prior to processing your order we sent you an email with the product specs, data sheet, provided the manufacturer’s link to the item. We called you to make sure the machine would comply with your requirements.

We trusted that you reviewed our emails and understood the specifications of the machine since you responded: "Yes, please start the process ASAP. Thank you. [redacted]."

In regards to your allegations: we are not familiar with the website that you said you stumbled across. Your allegations and assumption are false and preposterous. We have no affiliation or relations with the website(s) your mentioned.
