Review: I had [redacted] service for 2 weeks. I cancelled and returned all my equipment on time. I am getting billed for a full month of service and this store will not credit my account. I am now dealing with the collection agency to have this rectified. Service was terminated at the end of February 2013. It is now August 2013 and this is yet to be resolved.Desired Settlement: Credit my account for the 2 weeks of service I did not have so I can pay the account.
