Review: The company United Towing has refused to provide a towing license # after obtaining our vehicle.

He also has negligently destroyed property in the process of obtaining the vehicle.

I have requested small monitary amount and again have requested the towing license number.

repossession without breach of peace. The damage that occurred was not keeping the peace. It was deliberate and unprofessional .Desired Settlement: Contact by the business as well as refund for the damages during the repossession of our vehicle.

Provide license number that is required for towing.

Review: A large orange neon sticker was attached to a glass security door at my private home with a ####-###-####. The # was answered by a rude and obnoxious man who, when giving the address stated "the tow was for a gts Cadillac that a previous owner from 2002. when this information was shared the subject stated, "oh well guess you'll need some windex to remove it". When I stated my objection he stated " oh wah wah wah, boo hoo". When I requested his name, he stated "don't have to give that". This was approximately 1:00, 9/3/2015. I called the telephone book # ###-###-#### which was a fax #, called the # provided by Revdex.com on the search mode and left a message to have the employee return and professionally remove the sticker with an apology. When I indicated I would take the matter to Revdex.com he laughed! Such a small issue, I stated they should update their records before tagging a private home in my message.Desired Settlement: To have the same obnoxious, arrogant employee remove the sticker from the glass door carefully and an apology from the company. they already have the address to send the apology. I do not want my name or telephone # shared. This employee was so over the top, I do not want any confrontation with my Husband or family.
