[redacted] did not complete her rental paperwork after being asked on occasions to do soShe was sent our contract to review on 3/29/and sent in a partially completed contract on 3/30/and a credit card authorization on 3/31/for payment of $It clearly states in our contract that all deposits are non refundableIt also states that a reservation is not complete unless the contract has been signed, which she never did.Tracy voiced her concerns about the drive way not fitting a busI re-assured her on different occasions that in my opinion the bus would fitShe insisted I come look at it anywaySo I did go look at it and came to the same conclusionShe then began to email and call me multiple times a dayI had done what she had asked me to do but she still insisted we bring a bus out there to go down the drive wayShe canceled her service on 7/12/16, nearly weeks prior to the tripI was planning to send a bus out when the event got closer as I have already seen the driveway and feel very confident we would be able to make it workI did not end up sending a bus out because she canceledI did not entertain her every phone call and email as it was just too muchI had already done what she asked and told her it would be fine but she just kept calling and calling.Once she canceled the contract, that she didn't even fully complete, I haven't had any more communication with herIf she was so unsure about the bus then she should have insisted it came out before renting it as deposits are non refundable and she was fully aware of that prior to reserving.Since the contract was not performed I will refund her 50%, but we put a lot of time into this and were unable to rent the vehicle to someone else for that date because of her previous reservationSo a full refund will not be issued

all deposits are non refundable.      Contract or no contract, the bottom line is you took money before a service was rendered and made the decision to check the site out way too close to the due date. As a business owner myself I do feel obligated to pay you for your time even though I'm paying for your lack of business skills. However, I don't feel that I owe you half of the fee. I am willing to pay for your time (spent on the phone) and for your drive to where ever you to drove to as it was quite obviously not my house.     With this being said, I feel like 20 percent would compensate you. $195 from $975 equals $780 being the amount owed to me.
