Review: In 2013 I had lent [redacted] a total of $1900.00 to fund his PET project that I was suppose to first receive stock certificates in the company. I never received the certificates even after he got the 1st payment of $700.00 cash. Then he had stated that he was going to increase my stock value if I helped him while he was in New York on a business trip. I sent him $1200.00 thru Western Union, the control number is [redacted] I still have the receipt. then I told him, I did not want the stock just pay me my money back and he agreed. That has been since November every week he has been saying I will pay you next week. Well, I have tried to resolve this issue for months and there has not been a resolution.Desired Settlement: A full refund of $1900.00 asap
