Complaint[redacted] has issued two purchase orders to United Vision Solutions as follows: 1) [redacted] on 17/5/2011 with amount of [redacted] USD Order delivery was not fulfilled 100% for whole two years. Remaining of [redacted] U$ was not delivered. 2) On 24/7/2013 [redacted] was issued with amount of [redacted] USD, and as per payment terms with United Vision Solutions (50% down payment and 50% before shipping), we paid 50% down payment [redacted] U$) as follows: [redacted] USD was carried forward from [redacted] were transferred from our bank and were received at United Vision Solutions account on 2/9/2013.So far only items with amount of [redacted] U$ have been delivered from 2nd order [redacted] We have asked United Vision Solutions to refund amount of [redacted] USD to [redacted] Still we can't get our money back. [redacted]Product_Or_Service: Electronic ComponentsOrder_Number: [redacted] and FPODesired SettlementRefund amount of [redacted] USDBusiness Response Greetings,Since 2009 we have contract with Egypt Gov we are not aware of Mr. [redacted] position, as we never have contact with him except an email 3 or 4 weeks ago, and from his email it looks he doesnt a ware with the project, the company [redacted] was the middle man company in the menstion project, till late 2013 we deliver the services and products per contract with End user and this company, and there is outstanding balance [redacted] never paid dispute send invoice.This company failed to provide customer with local service and therefore they have a problem with end-user, we request them to contact end-user to solve their problems and encourage them to pay ASAP the outstanding balance.Consumer Response The answer we received from United Vision Solution is totally erroneous. as well as irrelevant to our case. As United Vision customer, [redacted] issued them since 2011 two(2) POs along with multi transfers from [redacted] Account to United Vision Solution's accounts # XXXXXXXXXX & [redacted] MA, Routing # XXXXXXXXX) that reached $ [redacted] and received goods worth only a total of [redacted] As a result, United Vision still owes [redacted] a total of [redacted]Final Business Response Greetings,Again, Mr. [redacted] doesn't aware of a project, I hope this will make it clear to him.1- this is a project with Egyptian Gov represented by Project [redacted]2- This is a project not some purchase orders, it is a project since 2009 includes Services and products in many PO's, delivered to end-user.3- We have Non Disclosure Agreement with Customer about Know how and services we offered to them.4- We did send the Mr. [redacted]'s complain to Egyptian Embassy (attaché office) as representative to customer here in USA to deal with his complaint.5- Also we sent this complaint to [redacted] authority in [redacted]6- I advise Mr. [redacted] to inform his company [redacted] to contact end-user or contact us through Egyptian embassy(attaché office)in Washington DC.7- Finally we are welcome the company [redacted] if he would like to visit USA and we will prepare a meeting in Egyptian embassy in Washington DCThank you, [redacted]United Vision Solutions
