refused to connect us with tech support. She was obstinate, incompetent and rude.
ReachMe.com (aka United Voice Mail) fax service is broken. Their tech support person *** / *** admitted this was a fault due due to another customer spamming their system an overloading it. He said he needed to clear the queue and to contact him back via the website chat system. We did and *** was the only person answering the chat. She repeatedly refused to connect us with ***. We asked for him to put him on the chat or call as at a local number and she completely ignored the requests. Meanwhile, the REACHME fax system is still completely broken.
Direct contact with the owner of the company. Firing of *** who is an insult to customer service and the worst image possible for REACH ME. A hand-written hardcopy apology from the owner of the company, plus an email message and a phone call. Refund of of our last 6 months year's worth of service fees. Fixing of the fax system.
