United Water Company

Review: recently I have been out of town on work. During this time there has been an apperent leak in our house that we did not know about it. With no worning we get a bill for 100X's our normal bill .... we did not know there was a leak or extra use of the water .. you think they would have told us 1/2 trough the month that thye see that we have extra use.... I mean our bill went from $30.00 to $430.00. Druing this time my wife was home with the kids and did not realize the issue .... I get it to some point but come on from 30 bucks to 400 hundred .. we can not afford a water bill like this around the holidays... am asking for some compassion and understanding....Desired Settlement: I am asking for forgiveness for this issue and to give us our monthly average
