BUYER BEWARE! We thought we were signing a contract for dry-out services after our kitchen was flooded, but lo and behold, we also signed on for reconstruction services BEFORE we even had diagnosed the source of the leak or scheduled a repair - VERY DECEPTIVE business practices in use here - I feel we were TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF because our flood happened late at night on a holiday weekend, and when they came in the morning to start the clean up, had us signing all of this paperwork without a complete explanation of what we were committing to...

I recently sustained ceiling and wall water damage from a leaking commode on the second floor. It is with great pleasure I am writing this review of united water restoration inc, and especially the techs who rapidly and efficiently evaluated the damage. They documented it and offered a remedy which I found to be exceptional in the speed , friendliness, and professionalism with which they carried it out.. Eddie and Brandon cleared the damage, disposed of the waste and completely dried out the area. They did this immediately and were extremely pleasant, and efficient, while doing it. They have offered to continue to monitor their work and to aid with any questions the insurance company may present.
I would recommend this company to anyone needing help with water leaks and or damage, and hope you get these gentleman when you call.
