Company states: This is an old accountWe have already cleared and removed this account

Business states this account is closed with a zero balance and has been removed from her credit reportThe account has been closed for months and is no longer handled by the businessConsumer could verify this information by contacting the appropriate parties

I am rejecting this response
because: this business has been illegally drawing funds from my bank account since with fraudulent checks - I appreciate the zero balance - the removal of the credit ding - but I still do not know why this business took thousands of dollars from me - and in a fraudulent way

Company states: We have already removed and deleted itIt can take the credit bureaus up to thirty days to update it and that is no guarantee that they get it done correctlyWhat the consumer needs to do is to dispute it on their credit bureau and what happens is that it comes back to us and we verify and delete itIf you have any questions please call United West Recovery

Company states: She had payment in November Which then opened the account up for reportingShe needs to call us to settle or resolve the accountWe have responded to her disputeEvery time we sent a letter she sends the same disputeShe is not following through with the attemptAll she
has to do is give us a call

Business states that once again they will resubmit the paperwork to the credit bureauBusiness has no record of credit bureau verifying debtBusiness has no control of credit bureau actions after they send necessary information to themBusiness would like MsSpurgat to please contact them directly to further assist her in the matter

I am rejecting this response because: It *has not* been removed or deletedI *have* disputed it, _many_times_overIn fact I have disputed it so_many_times that TransUnion now refuses to allow me to even dispute it again; TransUnion have deemed it as a 'frivolous' dispute because every single time I have disputed it, Southwest Recovery has **illegally_verified_it_as_accurate_valid_debt**It isn't *my* fault if 'there is no guarantee they will get it right'Southwest Recovery caused this problem and they need to clean it upI have done everything I can do except sue Southwest Recovery and that is my next step if they don't resolve thisI actually have called Southwest Recovery and it is nothing but an answering machine because it is a fly-by-night company with a PO box as an address and a voicemailI recieved a call back at 3:00AM from a person saying 'did you call this number?'

I am rejecting this response because: This business has repeatedly stated they would "submit to credit bureaus" for them to remove. However, ALL three bureaus are still reporting this as a collection. I even reported to Transunion and Experian this collection as a "dispute" based on the verbal assurance from United West Recovery, and both denied the dispute stating they contacted the company for verification of debt. This means to me, that United West Recovery told them it was still an active collection. I'm attaching the response from Transunion I received 10/21/14 stating the debt was "verified, no change". The ONLY way this debt can properly removed is for United West Recovery to send me in WRITING that this debt is no longer in collection by them. I'm again, requesting this be resolved by having United West recovery agree to send me a written release from the collection as soon as possible.

This company does not respond and does not act like a legal business . It put out false information and try to collect from the false information. How can you rate them a A rating ? They should be a D rated.

Thanks

I am rejecting this response because: This is not true, it has not been removed. This is still illegally showing on my Trans Union credit report, three and a half years past the time it is allowed to show; the...

bounced check was in June 2004. This should have been removed in June 2011. It is not removed. I have attached a screen shot showing this.

Business states that customer account was resubmitted for removal  on June 10th of 2014. There was a prior submission removal request  on April 16, 2014. It is up to the credit bureaus to remove it. If the file is not removed it is not business' fault. Customer must file a dispute with the...

Credit Bureaus so report can be removed. This information in regards to dispute with credit bureaus had been provided to customer on June 10th of 2014.

Review: This past December 2014 - I suddenly discovered United West Recovery was siphoning $148, 147 - 159....dollar amounts from my business checking account - (I do not use this account to pay bills and don't write very makes checks against it - so don't look at it very often) since 2012 They have collected thousands of dollars from my account using checks that they made themselves and a business name that I changed 2009 when I bought a new office - Once I realized this was and had been going on my bank closed down the account and stopped that action -I do not know who, or why these amounts are being collected - I contacted United West Recovery - during business hours - they do not answer their phones. They call back after business hours - left me a rude message to call them about my account.I tried to call but again I can't get through.Today 1/29/2015 - I was checking my credit scores - on 1/27/2015 they filed with TransUnion Credit my name & account as being placed on collection for $1417 still owed -I called them again to no avail - I don't know what this collection amount is for -I have asked for original documentation - none has been provided. I need helpDesired Settlement: I need original documentation for the amount owed.I want a full refund of monies taken from my bank account.I want the negative credit report removed.

Review: This collection dispute is related to a business debt. United West Recovery (UWR) erroneously reported this against my personal credit. The said business was shut down more than 10 years ago.I disputed approx 3 years ago and UWR did not provide any material proof of the erroneous charge.I contacted the credit agencies who accepted my contention & took it off my personal credit at that time.UWR is resorting to the same " Illegal / False " reporting this time, apparently trying to start this as a fresh issue now. This is a violation of my consumer / personal rights.Desired Settlement: I am requesting Revdex.com to prevail on UWR to:1. Cease & desist from acting in this egregious manner.2. Remove the derogatory from my credit files.

Review: On 12/10/13 I contacted United West Recovery and spoke to [redacted]. My call was to inquire about a debt they were collecting on for an old account with Sylvan Union School District (SUSD), listed on my credit report for the amount of $621. I explained to Mr. [redacted] that not only was this account nearly 10 years old, but I didn't feel I owed that due to the payment arrangements I had with SUSD at the time the debt was allegedly incurred. After a brief conversation Mr. [redacted] agreed the account was too old and stated he would no longer pursue collection on the account. He stated that he would close the account and remove it from all credit reports. In February of 2014 I checked my credit reports and the account was still listed. On 2/18/14 I called Mr. [redacted] again. He remembered my account when I explained the details of our prior conversation. He stated he had in fact closed my collection account and reported to the credit agencies to remove the debt. I replied that the debt was still on there, and he replied that he would check and make sure the debt was removed. In April 2104 and July 2014 I ran credit reports, and the debt is still listed as "in collection" with a balance of $621.Desired Settlement: I would like this complaint to result in United West Recovery to take action as promised twice by Mr. [redacted], and close my collection account and remove all derogatory information from my credit reports with all credit bureaus immediately. I would like to receive in writing, the closed status and zero balance owed from United West Recovery.

Business states that customer account was resubmitted for removal on June 10th of 2014. There was a prior submission removal request on April 16, 2014. It is up to the credit bureaus to remove it. If the file is not removed it is not business' fault. Customer must file a dispute with the Credit Bureaus so report can be removed. This information in regards to dispute with credit bureaus had been provided to customer on June 10th of 2014.

Business states that once again they will resubmit the paperwork to the credit bureau. Business has no record of credit bureau verifying debt. Business has no control of credit bureau actions after they send necessary information to them. Business would like Ms. Spurgat to please contact them directly to further assist her in the matter.

Review: This company has falsely posted illegal information on my credit report. They purport to own the right to collect a bill that was from a bounced check to Sylvan School District. However, the bounced was paid directly to Sylvan School District shortly after it bounced. The length of time items are allowed to appear on a credit report is seven years. This check bounced in June 2004, which was ten years and six months ago. It is well past the time allowed for it to appear on my credit report. United West Recovery is not licensed to collect in the State of Texas; therefore, even if it was allowed to appear on my credit report, they are not allowed to report it as they are illegally attempting to collect a debt in Texas. Lastly, the Statute of Limitations in Texas is four years, making this item on my credit report two and a half times past the legal time allowed to collect the debt. United West Recovery is hoping I will pay this ghost debt to get it removed form my credit report. In summary:1. This debt has already been paid directly to the creditor2. This is three and a half years past the time allowed to appear on my credit report3. United West Recovery is illegally attempting to collect a debt in Texas4. This debt is six and a half years past being collectable in Texas.Desired Settlement: United West Recovery needs to remove this from my credit report immediately and provide proof of removal and a letter of apology. I am also in the process of filing a complaint with the FTC in addition to exploring all available legal options.

Response:

I am rejecting this response because: It *has not* been removed or deleted. I *have* disputed it, _many_times_over. In fact I have disputed it so_many_times that TransUnion now refuses to allow me to even dispute it again; TransUnion have deemed it as a 'frivolous' dispute because every single time I have disputed it, Southwest Recovery has **illegally_verified_it_as_accurate_valid_debt**. It isn't *my* fault if 'there is no guarantee they will get it right'. Southwest Recovery caused this problem and they need to clean it up. I have done everything I can do except sue Southwest Recovery and that is my next step if they don't resolve this. I actually have called Southwest Recovery and it is nothing but an answering machine because it is a fly-by-night company with a PO box as an address and a voicemail. I recieved a call back at 3:00AM from a person saying 'did you call this number?'.

Review: United West recovery has submitted false information on my credit report twice now and refuses to give me any information regarding the date and amount. I have not lived in Modesto for over 10 years.Desired Settlement: Remove item from credit report, send me any information regarding this alleged debt, and stop falsifying data.

Business

Response:

Company states: She had payment in November 2009. Which then opened the account up for reporting. She needs to call us to settle or resolve the account. We have responded to her dispute. Every time we sent a letter she sends the same dispute. She is not following through with the attempt. All she has to do is give us a call.

This company does not respond and does not act like a legal business . It put out false information and try to collect from the false information. How can you rate them a A rating ? They should be a D rated.
