division of United Shore Financial Services, LLC (“United
Shore”) in regards to the complaint you filed with the Revdex.com
on August 24, regarding alleged delays caused by United Shore in the
closing of your loan. United Shore has
researched and reviewed our records in regards to the issues raised in your
complaint and will respond below
According to our records, your mortgage
loan application was cleared to close on Friday, August 21, 2015. Once a loan application is placed into this
status, your broker then has the ability to schedule a closing date that is
convenient for you. In the case of your loan, our records indicate
that your broker arranged for a closing date of Monday, August 24, 2015, which we
have confirmed is the date which your loan did close. Any information regarding the decision to
schedule your closing for August should be addressed with your broker who
will be more familiar with the details that led to this decision

of any fees is warranted based on any actions of United Shore during the

with the Revdex.com on December 17, 2015, referenced above.  In your complaint you describe concerns regarding the payment of property taxes from the escrow account associated with your loan.  United Shore has reviewed your loan file and will respond to your concerns below.Our records indicate that due to dispute regarding the property taxes assessed on your property, you were issued a supplemental tax bill which evidenced an increase in your property taxes.  On October 9, 2015, our records confirm that you contacted United Shore to discuss the increase in taxes shown on the supplemental tax bill.  At that time, our customer service representative requested that a copy of the tax bill be forwarded to United Shore so that our systems could be updated accordingly.  It appears there was miscommunication in providing the correct facsimile number for forwarding the supplemental tax bill.  As a result, the tax statement was not received by United Shore and your loan file could not be updated as requested.  Unfortunately, your subsequent phone calls to our customer service representatives failed to resolve the issue.  On behalf of United Shore, I apologize for this miscommunication and assure you that we will utilize this situation as a training opportunity so similar situations are avoided in the future.On December 7, 2015, the supplemental tax bill was received by United Shore.  On December 18, 2015, United Shore disbursed $227.28 for payment of the City tax increase and penalty and $754.89 for payment of the County tax increase and penalty.  Due to a processing error, the funds for the County tax increase were disbursed again on December 22, 2015.  Please note that United Shore has initiated the process through the County for refunding the extra payment made on December 22, 2015.  This process may take up to six weeks and the funds will be refunded to your escrow account upon receipt.On behalf of United Shore, I apologize for any convenience you may have experienced.  We truly appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to address them.   Please contact me at ###-###-####, ext.
