Dear Mrand Mrs***,I apologize for the delay In receiving your shipment. We first heard from *** *** on July 17th that the delivery agent still had not received your container from *** ***. At that point, my sales department started tracer action with ***
and we were advised that your container was at rail ramp *** and they were attempting to locate a driver to truck your container to the delivery agent's facility. On Friday, 7/24/15, my sales department came to me because they were advised by *** that they were not having any luck with locating a trucker. It is peak season for the moving industry and locating truckers is always a challenge. Your shipment was packed out on June 5, and departed Honolulu via the *** *** on June 13th. The vessel arrived in Long Beach on June 19th. There are many things that are beyond our control, which is why we provide a General Conditions Form for your acknowledgement (please see attached). I have contacted our *** Representative in Hawaii and asked that he do everything he can to expedite your shipment. I will contact you as soon as I have confirmation on when your container will arrive at the delivery agent's warehouse.Regards,Sharon P***

Customer called on 4/22/to schedule her windows to be cleanedThey were scheduled and cleaned on 5/8/Customer paid her bill on 5/19/Customer called on 6/9/to say there were water drops on an antique desk she sits at dailyI went to look at desk on 6/9/There were some type of
drops, looked like coffee to me and after days very hard to say that the we did thisShe sent us a bill beginning of Novfor $122.76.Desk was very worn, scratched and marked! Mr [redacted] acknowledged at the time that his people had done the damage and in fact I had a message in which he offers to come and repair it. When I agreed, I heard no more from him. This "coffee" story is nonsense. It is my desk and I don't drink coffee. It sits directly below a window and his cleaners presumably didn't move the desk. I didn't notice the damage for a while because I don't use it. The desk is antique, explaining all the marks. But the spots were very obvious and ugly. Mr [redacted] is prevaricating. I don't understand this response after all the years of service he has given me.

On the 9th of June 2014 my office received a call from Ms. [redacted] in the am. I responded to the complaint by going to the customers house within the next 2 hours to see what her concerns were. Before I left the office I was already skeptical about the fact that 31 days had past and she was just now calling us. I agreed that there were spots of some sort on the leather desk but unfortunely did not know what they were (coffee, tea,water or any other liquid). At no time did I blame my technicians or any one else! I offered to try to remove the spots while I was there since I do have an extensive background in spot removal. Ms [redacted] declined my offer. Ms. [redacted]  wanted to research the process of repairing the top. Ms. [redacted] contends  that I offered to repair the top after my visit to her home which was not true. When I left her home, I told her I would talk to my employees who did the work. I did speak to them a day or so later and they said they were very aware of who Ms. [redacted] was and she would never let them leave the house with the top in that condition. (I) was unaware of any other correspondence related to this complaint until I received a bill on 10/29/14 for a repair to the top. At that time I was not convinced that spots were caused by my people on the day we were there, but more likely from someone in Ms. [redacted] household or employment, I disregarded the invoice for the repair. If you look at the photos you will see none of the spots look similar to each other when they are blown up. The dark spot in the middle looks like coffee or a dark tea, and some of the spots are not drops of water at all. Also, on a final note we do not use vinegar we use Dawn detergent to clean windows. We consider this case closed!!!!!
