On the 9th of June my office received a call from Ms [redacted] in the amI responded to the complaint by going to the customers house within the next hours to see what her concerns wereBefore I left the office I was already skeptical about the fact that days had past and she was just now calling usI agreed that there were spots of some sort on the leather desk but unfortunely did not know what they were (coffee, tea,water or any other liquid)At no time did I blame my technicians or any one else! I offered to try to remove the spots while I was there since I do have an extensive background in spot removalMs [redacted] declined my offerMs [redacted] wanted to research the process of repairing the topMs [redacted] contends that I offered to repair the top after my visit to her home which was not trueWhen I left her home, I told her I would talk to my employees who did the workI did speak to them a day or so later and they said they were very aware of who Ms [redacted] was and she would never let them leave the house with the top in that condition(I) was unaware of any other correspondence related to this complaint until I received a bill on 10/29/for a repair to the topAt that time I was not convinced that spots were caused by my people on the day we were there, but more likely from someone in Ms [redacted] household or employment, I disregarded the invoice for the repairIf you look at the photos you will see none of the spots look similar to each other when they are blown upThe dark spot in the middle looks like coffee or a dark tea, and some of the spots are not drops of water at allAlso, on a final note we do not use vinegar we use Dawn detergent to clean windowsWe consider this case closed!!!!!
