Review: Re: Order No.[redacted] 3 windows (2MBR, 1MBath) On August 9, 2012 my husband, [redacted] and I bought a new home that included windows manufactured by [redacted]. From the start there were issues with these products and we dealt with their technician, [redacted], who successfully fixed our kitchen window. When the two windows in the Master Bedroom and the one window in the Master Bath were found to have horrible drafts coming from them and condensation across the entire width of the windows above the lock area, [redacted] spoke with [redacted] another of their technicians who applied weather stripping to all the windows to no avail[redacted] then returned and installed chimney blocks as none existed. Sadly, that made the drafts WORSE in the three windows of the Master Suite, so much so that we had to keep the Master Bedroom door closed last winter to contain the cold until we installed plastic on all three of those new windows. Now we have hot air wafting between the same areas.
On April 30, 2014 I spoke with [redacted], Scheduling Technician, who said, “Nothing else can be done. We did you a favor.” When I asked [redacted] for the name of his supervisor he gave me [redacted], of Warranty Supports phone number which I called twice on May 1st leaving messages both times. I have never received a call-back. Their products continue their disappointing performance, we called [redacted], of [redacted] to give us an unbiased analysis of those windows referred to. [redacted] immediately noticed that the current locks do not pull the two sashes tightly together as they do in the other rooms and suggested installation of different style locks set closer towards the back of the bottom sash would close the gap. [redacted] talked to [redacted] and sent him a picture of the current locks. In May, [redacted] again called [redacted] who said that he had the locks and would be by to drop them off on his way home from NJ, but never arrived. [redacted] called [redacted] to say that he'd visit this winter to examine them.Desired Settlement: STOP the air that continues to waft through the three windows by replacing and adjusting the six locks on those windows or replacing those three windows entirely.

Response:
This letter is in response to the complaint received by the Revdex.com on 7/2/2014.
The initial request for a technician was on 1/23/2014. We made 3 site visits to the home to try to resolve to the complaints. The last visit occurred when the weather had changed. At that point [redacted] our salesmen had reached out to [redacted] and said that we would revisit next winter as the complaint was
that the customer was feeling cold air around the windows.
When [redacted] called [redacted] and informed him that she was now feeling warm air he told them that we would come out and install the locks and keepers on the three windows in question.
We have a scheduled appointment with [redacted] for 7/28 to install the hardware on the three windows in question.
If we can be of further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.
