Review: UnitedEx Worldwide Express Corp is a logistic company that handles shipping businesses. I placed an order through UnitedEx Worldwide Express Corp to ship my passport to China. The company assign the shipment to [redacted]. The cost is $23.45.The shipping was on time. However, I received my invoice one month later. UnitedEx Worldwide Express Corp charged me an additional $12.31 because they said that the weight is more than 0.5 pound.I disagree. The reason is that I believe that one single passport+[redacted] envelope is less than 0.5 pound. I complained to UnitedEx Worldwide Express Corp. Unfortunately they didn't accept complains.I feel that UnitedEx Worldwide Express Corp bills me and charges me, the company should accept my complain and solve my problem.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the additonal charge of $12.31 dismissed.
