UnitedHealth Group

I have been with them for 11 years. Sadly I have had to call them 3 times over that period, each time you go on call for a minimum of 45 minutes.
Today I called regarding my deductible I waited as expected for 58 minutes and then was cut off. That is more frustrating that you can imagine! Do I waste another hour on hold?
For over a decade they have not improved their customer care system, this has to be one of the worst companies I have the displeasure of dealing with.
