Review: An item was purchased via the company's internet site [redacted]

on Jan **,2014. The company billed my credit card on Jan. **, 2014.

It has been 9 days since the purchase. Unable to contact the company,

because the E-Mail provided was not legit, and the phone number provided did

not work. I have not gotten any response of status from the company

internet site.Desired Settlement: I would like to cancel the order and get a credit card refund.

Review: I placed an order ( for [redacted], ORDER # [redacted]) with this company on 11/**/13 for an a 10V A/C adaptor . I received an email from UnitedSale confirming that the order had been placed.

Since then, I have not received the product nor have they responded to three emails that I have sent to them regarding the order status. Furthermore, the contact number that is listed on their original email (Phone: [redacted]) belongs to One Line Communications out of Nassau, NY. UnitedSale.com is supposedly located in [redacted]. The total order amount is $16.88. I would rather have the product than a refund. I'm actually more displeased that I haven't received any email response from them than about any delay in shipping. The website states "customer satisfaction guaranteed" but at this point in time I'm far from satisfied. Any help appreciated.

[redacted]Desired Settlement: I either want the ordered product or a refund AND an explanation as to why my emails to UnitedSale.com remain unanswered. They have many electronic products advertised on their website. If the website isn't active then it should be taken down so other consumers aren't being misled and their orders taken with no product delivered and no emails answered.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Unitedsale.com regarding complaint ID [redacted].

The only response that I received from UnitedSale.com was an automatically generated email response that acknowledged my order and that the payment type was by Authorized Credit Card. That was on 11/**/13.

I kept expecting either to see the order deduction show up on my bank statement and/or the shipment arrive. I just checked my most recent bank statement and it seems that the order was never deducted from my bank account, nor did I receive the product. I still as of this writing haven't received any further communication from UnitedSale. I have checked my bank account online daily just to make sure that there have been no unauthorized transactions or that the transaction was a scam of some sort. At this point all I can say is that the order wasn't processed nor was it deducted from my bank account but UnitedSale.com could have informed me of the order status or the fact that the product was backordered, etc...whatever the situation. Whether it be a glitch in their online order processing or something else, I feel that the consumer deserves some explanation if the transaction isn't going to be honored by the seller at all or within a reasonable amount of time. In my case, neither of those happened and that's a very unprofessional way to conduct business from what looks like a legitimate website.

(btw, I also wrote a postal letter to the president of UnitedSale.com. That was two weeks ago and it wasn't responded to either).
