I am surprised by my receipt of this, upon my return to the office on the morning of 10/I was handed a message to contact *** ***While I was reviewing the email I had received over the weekend *** *** called and I answered her callI listened to her concerns and what had happened,
apologized, agreed to her request and wrote a check to her for the cost of the repairs and a refund for the service we had performed, exactly what she asked forI received a call today from her saying she had not received the check, I confirmed the date the check was written, 10-16-2017, I remember writing it out and printing an envelope near the end of the dayI'm not sure but it may have not been dropped off at the post office until Wednesday the 18thMy father takes care of the post office visits and he was not in on TuesdayI assured *** *** that we stand behind our work and the invoice the repair shop provided her was very detailedLooking at the date on the letter from you I can see she must have reached out to you over the weekendI hope that this information satisfies your/her requestPlease contact me if there are additional requests or concernsThanks
