I am rejecting this response because: I am an educated woman who understands quite well what the meaning of words are; the financing contract Ms [redacted] asked me to sign was not fair and she was unwilling to fix itRegardless, I agreed to purchasing the vehicle which alotted me days to pay off the balance before there was any risk of it being repossessedIt is against the law to come on to someone's property without permission from the courts and take their vehicle, especially when I had paid for it ( at the least for days)It was removed without warning days after the down payment was madeThis was a wrongful repossession and should be treated as theft Regards, [redacted] ***

In response to the attached complaint, when the complainant called we were extremely busy with other customers and could not address her issueWhen she called back and talked to us, she was told that the replacement of coil packs and plugs/wires were wear and tearWe did not inspect this vehicle It was inspected when we purchased itShe bought it the day we brought it onto the lot, and she was aware of that wear and tear on any vehicle is the vehicle owners' responsibility, and she put miles on the vehicle when she needed to have this work done

RE: Complaint ID ***To Whom it May concern:This customer purchased a Saturn off of us on January 25, for $We had then sent it out for inspectionIt needed tires, brakes, rotors, sway bar link to pass inspection, which we paid at our expenseWhen he
came in and picked up the vehicle he called us after a few days and said it sounded like a transmission problemWe had him bring it into us and we said it was a transmission sensorWe gave him the option of us fixing it or we offered him a Mitsubishi Lancer for $moreHe took the Lancer. We knew the muffler needed fixed and we would do thatWe had the resonator replacedWhen he picked up his vehicle he was satisfiedAfter he got home he called and told us that there was still an exhaust problemWe told him we had fixed the problem that we had agreed toIf he wanted anything else done we could help him to get a good price on the workHe was still not satisfied and continued to call and harass usHe even went onto our Facebook page and told customers to check over their cars because we are trash. After the constant harassment calls, we told him not to call back again about this as we fulfilled our end of the agreementWe fee! that we went above and beyond what we needed to do for this sale.Sincerely,Karen K***, Owner

On 10/3/Ms*** agreed to purchase a Ford Fusion from Unity Auto SalesThe vehicle had a sticker price of $down payment. She initial put down $and a pick up payment of $was due for a total of $for the down paymentThe paper work was not ready on
that Monday as promised but was asked to return on WednesdayWhen Ms*** arrived all that was needed for us to do is print the paperworkWe only print deals as customers come in because it’s about 24pg documentMs*** was unwilling to wait and left We switched Ms*** to a different finance company not for our benefit but for her benefitWe reduced the price from $to $so that Ms*** could have car payments under $Once Ms*** finally came back in she asked to take the paperwork home instead of signing during her visitCustomers normally don’t take paperwork home because they may not understand the language use and if they sign while at the dealership we can explain any confusionThe information on the application was as Ms*** statedMs*** misunderstood the language in the documentsShe stated she was on a variable interest rate and that the vehicle had an odometer discrepancy and both were totally untrueShe then asks to return the vehicle and receive all her down payment backWe informed Ms*** that we would have to charge her a doc fee which is our fee charged on the contract, we got Ms*** approved, reduced price and the payments she wantedWe invested time and effects to get her approved and we should not be force to work for free because she had buyer’s remorse. She would also be charged $a day for time in the vehicle. She cannot go to any car lot and drive off with their vehicle for freeShe put miles and wear and tear on the vehicleHad Ms*** returned the vehicle as asked she would probably not been charged a vehicle use fee? We repeatedly called Ms*** to return the vehicle or sign the documents for about a week. We asked Ms*** to come in and we could go over the paper work together and answer any concerns she hasShe was unwilling and our last conversation she asked us to stop calling her and she would have her attorney to contact usWe are a small business and cannot afford to have someone ride in our vehicle and wait on an “attorney” phone call she may or may not haveWe were never contacted by an attorney We had every right to pick up our vehicle since she no longer wanted the vehicle; she would not sign documents to purchase the vehicle and told us to stop calling herWe made many attempts in efforts to resolve this matter but Ms*** was unrealistic in her demandsWe refunded Ms*** minus the doc fee, repo fee and use of the vehicle for weeks time

It was inspected when we purchased it. She bought it the day we brought it onto the lot, and she was aware of that Normal wear and tear on any vehicle is the vehicle owners' responsibility, and she put 1300 miles on the vehicle when she needed to have this work done.

Regardless, I agreed to purchasing the vehicle which alotted me 30 days to pay off the balance before there was any risk of it being repossessed. It is against the law to come on to someone's property without permission from the courts and take their vehicle, especially when I had paid for it ( at the least for 30 days). It was removed without warning 17 days after the down payment was made. This was a wrongful repossession and should be treated as theft.

Review: I purchased a used car 2000 Honda Accord 6/17/15 for 3,995 it was sold as is no warranty but was told they did an inspection of the vehicle and that it was safe and in good running condition. they also said it had a broken seat and that we could bring it back for the repair at their cost. My son was driving the car on August 1st when it just quit running in the middle of a four lane highway he could have been killed by oncoming vehicles at that point the check engine light came on and I had to have the car towed to a garage where they identified all six plugs wires and coil packs had to be replaced in addition to running a injection cleaner thru the vehcle to make sure it ran with the build up. the total cost of repair was 539.73 I spoke to Karen on August 5th she said she would check it out and get back to me she did not call me back I then called back spoke to her daughter and she said that is normal wear and tear not when you just bought a car from a suppose respected dealer they are selling cars without prior knowledge of any issues as the garage that repaired my vehicle said this would have been found in the inspection which the car was just inspected in June of 2015. Also in regards to the broken seat I called twice and they were to also call me back with a time to bring the vehicle in at their expense with again no return phone call. when I spoke to Karen I stated I would like something in return for the repairs and that I am not concerned with the injection cleaning since I did that as a recomendation of my mechanic that cost was 142.99 the garage did give me a break on parts and labor.Desired Settlement: I am requesing a repair refund of 396.74.
