Review: Unity Dental offered a discount dental plan for $9.99 a month (PresiDental Discount Dental Plan). No where did the discount plan inform me that the $9.99 a month would come out of my checking account in full for the whole year. So, $120.00 was now out of my checking account. My first appointment was cleaning and x-rays even though I had one filling break that needed repair. They made another appointment for the one tooth filling. I went in for the second appointment and was asked to pay up from $250.00. I said what? I just paid $120 for discount (PresiDental Discount Dental Plan) and now you want $250 for one small filling to be replaced? I am 71, on social security, and purchased a discount dental plan to help pay for my dental care but I feel totally ripped off, betrayed, and liked to. I had to leave and not have my filling repaired.Desired Settlement: I paid for one year's discount services and used it for one month only. I would nly appreciate my $120 returned minus $9.99 for one month's service.
