I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  At the time of the complaint I was being told by Unity Financial that the extra funds being paid in of over 500.00 would not be reimbursed when my father passes away and that it was interest. At this point I will be keeping a copy of this response and when the time comes I will make sure to verify the cost of the cremation and seek recovery of the remainder of money.  Thank you very much for your assistance.
