We quoted the customers insurance back on 09/25/and received written instructions to start the insurance, attached are copies of the escrow order instructions. Not
sure if the customer changed their mind in escrow to switch to another insurance company or escrow didn’t go through, we did not receive any request to cancel the insurance we started. To rectify we immediately contacted the insurance carrier which has already acted upon the consumer’s request to flat cancel the insurance. The insurance policy has been flat canceled, the insured doesn’t owe any money and the credit reporting agencies have been notified.
