Sunlit Energy sincerely apologizes to Mr [redacted] for the solar installation taking so longThis situation was highly unusual and this is not how we usually run this companyWe take pride in keeping our customers happy and unfortunately in this situation we had lost a couple of install crews and did have a issue with the subcontractor assigned to this install, who we are no longer doing business with as we found out that this subcontractor was rude and unprofessionalAt this point we assigned our crew to finish install professionally and now Mr***'s solar panels are fully installed, and passed inspection and fully commissionedAs to Mr***'s inconvenience we are reimbursing the homeowner with months of his energy billsAgain we sincerely apologize for lengthily install of this solar system
