I feet cheated and tricked I ordered one bottle of their product Garcinia Cambogia for $to try it After placing this order, there was a flash offer...you know the kind which says something like "wait for $you can get bottles" The way they worded the additional offer made me feel I could get bottles of their product for a better price then I was getting for the one bottle...a good discount The offer turned out to be bottles in additional to the bottle which when added up was no discount as I was lead to believe Well I took the blame for falling for that, however, I called immediately within seconds to cancel the second orderI was calling as they were taking my money for the additional offer They said no worries, the additional order was cancelled I repeated that they need to be sure that it is actually cancelled The Customer Service Rep whose name was Jessica assured me it was cancelled and she gave me a confirmation number She said it would take a few business days to have the money returned to my credit cardAfter waiting a week or a little over a week, I received the bottle I ordered plus the additional order that I had cancelled, all in the same package I called and the Customer Service of Essential Elements and this CSR said they did not actually give out confirmation numbers and there was no record of my cancelling the order He told me to return the additional order for a full refund Two weeks later I called to see if they got it and they said nothing was in their system Four weeks later I called and they said my name was in their system to receive my refund and to give it two business days A week later, I'm still waiting for a refund of $as of Feb I'm tired of calling them...its was their mistake and it is like "pulling teeth" to get my money back...if I get it back at all Bad business and bad customer service
