The scrubs have been returned to the [redacted], [redacted] last week

Review: Clothes and hats were ordered for the Walt Whitman High School field hockey team. The season has been over for two weeks and we still have not received the hats. The long sleeved shirts had names put on the back and they must be iron on's. After one wash they are peeling up.Desired Settlement: There should be a refund or an offer to fix the shirts with a better product.

Review: Left 68 scrubs and jackets for them to embroider on 10/**/14 with a delivery (promise) date of 10/**/14. Has not returned items, keep saying a new date and time and then nothing. Still doe not have my items, I even said I don't care if they are embroidered just give me my items back and the deposit I left of $300.Desired Settlement: Just want my items back and deposit if they have not been embroidered as that is what they were left for.

Review: My daughters field hockey team ordered apparel from Universal Apparel in September. Universal Apparel charged our credit cards for the entire order and promised delivery of the merchandise by October *, 2014. They were late on every piece of apparel that was ordered, and they have still not delivered all of the merchandise. Their "guarantee" is stated on their website as follows:"ABSOLUTE DELIVERY DEADLINESOne day can make a big difference. Whether its a vacation or a fundraiser, if your shirts are late even one day, they can become a wasted purchase. We understand this and deal with deadlines very seriously. All orders are delivered within 3-10 business days from payment and art approval. If a payment is made past 5pm EST, it is considered the next business day."The [redacted] promised me on many occasions that the order would be fulfilled the next day and missed every deadline that he promised. He has not returned phone calls for the past two weeks. Another principal of the firm sent out an email stating that all of the orders and a free shirt (for the inconvenience) would be delivered by the end of October. He, too, has not returned any emails.The girls' field hockey season ended over a week ago, and they still have not received the hats and the "free" shirt that was promised. As well, there are problems with the apparel order, such as the wrong size on a shirt that was delivered and peeling on lettering. They have not resolved these problems as well. UA has had our money tied up since the order was placed on 9/**/14. The girls are obviously heartbroken that the season has passed without their order being fulfilled, and the parents are frustrated that there has been no response to rectify this situation by Universal Apparel. We have used this company before for other fundraising events and they missed deadlines as well. It is also our understanding that the volleyball team is still missing merchandise.Desired Settlement: We would like to have the merchandise that we ordered and that was promised to be delivered by October *, 2014. We also feel that some time of financial reimbursement should be made since they have been holding our money since September **, 2014 without delivering the merchandise. We are also expecting delivery of the "free shirt" that was also promised.
