We have contacted Mr *** to find out about this situation As a good faith gesture, we have called *** to find out why they are charging him with damage to the vehicle that we rented on his behalf, while his car was being repaired in our shop The local *** doesn't have record of
damage, but gave me the phone number for their Claims Management department I called and left them a message Their recorder said that I would hear back from them in hours I have also called the phone number that *** *** gave to me: *** *** ***: The company collecting the debt for *** They have not yet returned my call We at Universal Auto Hail Repair are adamant about having great customer service and will get to the bottom of this, or pay the bill ourselves.
