Shady, sneaky and dishonestThat was my experience doing business @ Universal Auto plazaThey switch banks, interest rates and net worth of the vehicle without consulting meAlso,they tried to overcharge me to pick up my licence plates which they never had for me, who takes two months to get a licence plate? I returned the car to the dealership and tried to get my $deposit back since they still own the carThey DID NOT return itWhich is ILLEGALAfter I returned their car they insisted for me to take it back and that they would get me the deal I originally wantedThey should have done that right from the startAll this insistence says to me is that they could have done it right from the beginning but didn'tinstead they tried to screw me and take my moneyBE WARE of their no pay policyIt only works as long as you sign whatever deal they put in front of youif you don't agree with their deal they will OVERCHARGE YOU for the time you used the vehicle even inside the day grace periodDO NOT BUY A CAR @ this dealershipWORSE EXPERIENCE EVER !!!
The same day I returned it I went to *** in winter Park and drove away with a brand new vehicle for cero cash down a better monthly payment and a better interest rate than I would have gotten at universal auto plazaI will now have to deal with them through the legal systemDO NOT BUY HERE !!!!

on March ,I went to buy a BMW 750LI I had put down a for the car the next day on the 13th they sold the car right from under me after they did not call me to say anything after I drove hours down there this was not a good selling people now I have to wait to day to get my money back

I purchased a used vehicle from this business Found out after my son was stranded in it that all ball joints, tie rods and breaks are in need of replacement Vehicle is totally unsafe to drive This auto lot refuses to take it back and return money I call and they put me on hold and never answer, my salesman is always out "running an errand" Please do not ever purchase a vehicle from these people
