Mr [redacted] brought the vehicle to us for an oil change and asked to check few things overWe checked out the vehicle and gave the customer a list of repairs needed to be doneWe are not sure why the cabin was filling in with smoke but we never got the chance to evaluate the issue properly because the customer started accusing us of wrong doing and was very rude to usWe did put the car on the lift and had the customer briefly examine it with the technician who did the oil change to point out that the car in fact had preexisting oil leaksWe even told the customer that the vehicle needs a lot of work and he may be better of moving on from itWe are a very honest shop and always try to steer people in the right directionSometimes it cost more to fix it than to buy another carWe never got the chance to give the customer estimates on the work we recommended because the service writer got sick and we got very busy and forgot, we apologize for thatWe are not sure what the customer would like us to do to rectify the situation but what ever it is we will work with him to resolve this issueThank you
