The business has provided the customer's buyer's order stating the vehicle was sold "as-is" with no warranty.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] from the business. My wife seen the car and liked the car,the [redacted] came out and said the car was great and it has a navigation system in it and it could show her the way to the moon,I said we would think about it and we proceeded to leave he then stopped my wife and said someone was interested in the car and if she would leave money down it would be her car,so she did. 1 week later we came back with the remainder of the money ,never test drove the car and finished the paper work.I notice a noise that was very loud as the car was going and I called the guy back and he said drive it for awhile and it would go away [never happened] I talked to him a few times and bought the car back to him and another guy that sales cars there went for a ride with me and heard the same noise and thought it was a wheel bearing and the [redacted] son went on a ride and said that car makes that noise because his [redacted] van does the same which I knew was a lie,the [redacted] went for a ride with me and claimed he didn't hear anything. He told me he would fix the problem and for me to leave the car at which I told him I couldn't because we needed a second car.I was told the frame of the car was rusted and me and my family could have been killed by a mechanic and he knows he should not have sold me the car.I purchased another [redacted] from him a month later and then was able to leave the [redacted] with him and that was after making my first car payment for a car that he still hasn't fixed .He called and said they don't know if the car can be fixed and he would get me another car to replace that [redacted] ,I have asked him several times to return my money or give me the tittle to the [redacted] and I would be satisfied. I returned the tags on April 28 of 2014 but the car was on his lot at least 2 weeks prior.I haven"t made a payment on my [redacted] because we still haven"t came to an agreement on the first car and he says now that he is going to repo my [redacted] and I can forget about the money I put down on the first car because I haven"t made a payment on that car so that car that was sitting on his lot for a month without tags was a repo now.I asked him again in front of his employees for a refund on the first car and I would give him the second car back along with the new tires and rims that I bought and he refused again.Desired Settlement: I just want my 2200.00 back and be done with his business and I will still give him the second car back, last but not least a poor rating for his business.

Regards,

Review: My husband & I purchased a [redacted] from Universal Auto Sales on 2/17/15. Basically pressing for us to get the car by swiping me card without proper permission for a 1 day hold. The salesman assured us that the vehicle was in good condition besides the tires needing to be changed in 6 months. Come to find out the heat doesn't work in the vehicle, after the guy said everything would run it would just take the car awhile because of the cold & it hasn't ran in awhile. My husband took the car elsewhere to try to trade it in for something better for our family & every place we took it to told us to go get our money back, because the car has a 2/15 emissions sticker on the front which means it should not have been sold without passing emissions & also they feel the guy ripped us off. After finding that out we called the [redacted] at Universal Auto Sales to let him know he sold us a car in which he lied about & got over on us. He stated he did not want to get into trouble, but refused to give us a refund. He also believes that we are lying to him & stated he will have a guy he knows to pass the car for us. We don't feel that's a safe idea because he could know some friend that will just pass it so the manager doesn't get into trouble. It is his job to pass the car through emissions before selling it & we want our money back & also for other families not to deal with this con artist. It's highly dangerous to sell faulty cars & his business should be shut down.Desired Settlement: Give us our $3,189.00 back we would even settle for $2,889 which is minus $300 for holding the car for a day.
