I have made numerous attempts to customer service or someone with the Credit Union to respondI requested about having a courtesy credit of the $NSFI over drew my account by $the weekend before which I immediately deposit $on May 7thI called First American and put in my request on May 9th or 10thI was told that my account would be reviewed and someone would get back to meThe following week Natalie emailed on May 14th, stating I had to fill out a form which I did fill out and returned on May 16thShe said again at that time my account will be reviewedI emailed her on May 21st asking for any updates, no responseI did get a call on May 29th from Kevin but I couldn't talk since I was still at workI called back within mins and was told that Kevin would call me back shortlyNo call backI feel like I'm getting the run around

I had deposited some cash at the ATM located at the Gallup, NM branch around 6pm on 10/24/It did not post until after I had called the bank the next day to let them know I made a cash deposit with my cardThis had caused an NSF of $dollars, I was in the positive and added more cash to my account, I called the bank to see if I can get that transaction of $reversed being that I've banked with them for some time nowI had called a week after to follow up on it only to be told it was denied because now they are saying there is a sign on the ATM saying there is a day process for cash depositsThere was no sign there when I made the depositif there was a sign I wouldn't be callingI believe they posted that sign until after I made this dispute and now they are saying it's been there for some time nowI send it another dispute and they aren't willing to work with meTHey keep going back to a sign being thereThere was no sign when I did the deposit

When calling in to make my car payment, I contacted the collections department, I wanted to get a dollar convience fee waived because their mobile app will not allow me to make a payment nor their online site which later I found out STILL charges you that same feeBut while talking with the level rep (her name was Martina) I asked to get the fee waived and she said she couldn't so I asked to speak to a manager, the manager I got in contact with was very rudeI was upset but I was not being an abusive caller, I work for a bank myself, she stated that I needed to call back when I was in a better mood, then proceeded to attempt to terminate the callI told her I have not been unprofessional in anyway during this call and I wanted to speak with her manager about how I was treatedShe put me on hold very long hold, and then came back on the line and stated her manager would call me back at a time that was convient for her and then hung upI called back, I got Martina again and sta

I have spent CUMULATIVELY hours this week on the phone trying to get customer service! They recently closed two branches in Upper New Mexico - mainly the branches that serve the Navajo NationThe customer service was never all that good but it was never non existentI needed to login on my online account and I got locked out because I mistakenly logged incorrectly one too many timesI spent almost an hour each day trying to get thruI finally hung in for the most of hours and it was a half hour after I logged in that I was able to finally speak to someoneThere are sister banks but I hear the line is ridiculous also!! What is wrong with management for not foreseeing and adding people to answer phones! Horrible - I'm getting out of that bank ASAP!

When I set up my account for autopay I asked if there would be late payment fees for making the payment on the 15th of every month and I was informed that I was not going to be charged any charges for late paymentToday, Tuesday, October I was on the phone with a representative and was informed otherwiseI have been getting charged dollars every month because of information the representative from this institution provided me I am aware that the contract states that every payment should be made every 1st of the month but I discussed this with the agent to ensure that I stayed within the grace period to not have any issues of this kind, and the agent stated that there would be no charge of any kind
