Review: Thursday, June 12, 2014 -Company processed payments to the Clients credit card without the Clients knowledge or authorization before services were delivered to the ClientWednesday, June 18, 2014 -Client contacted the Company to confirm contact information for driversoCompany failed on two occasions to provide accurate contact information for drivers to the Client -Companys drivers failed to follow pre-submitted itinerary provided by the Client -Companys drivers arrived at a location other than the Clients given itinerary location --Companys drivers refused to follow verbal instructions given by the Client when asked to relocate to the pick up location designated by the Client on the pre-submitted itinerary, where the Companys drivers had been granted permission to idle -Companys drivers were not informed of the Clients pre-submitted itinerary and instead asked the Clients passengers for drop off instructions -Company failed to drop off passengers at the Clients pre-submitted itinerary location, resulting in some of Clients passengers being delayed and affecting the Clients entire schedule of events -Client was forced to make upwards of 70 phone calls to ensure the Companys drivers would be in the pick up location indicated on the pre-submitted itinerary -Companys drivers put the health of the Clients passengers in jeopardy, as Clients passengers were forced to sit in un-air-conditioned black SUVs in 97 heat with the SUVs windows rolled up because the Companys drivers were in a no-idle zone -Company changed SUV drivers assigned to the Client halfway through the contracted period of time without the Clients knowledge or approval -Companys drivers accepted outside transportation jobs via ride-sharing apps while still within the Clients contracted timeframe, causing the Companys drivers to be unavailable to the Client Thursday, June 19, 2014 -Client placed three calls to the Company, and was unable to speak with a representative of the CompanyDesired Settlement: The Client would like to be refunded for $3,204.00, which is the full amount of the charge processed by the Company on June 12, 2014.
