FOR MORE MONEY THE TILE WILL BE MUCH BETTER, I DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT TILE INSTALLATION, THATS WHY I PAID GOOD MONEY TO LA CARPET WHO UNDERSTANDS TILE AND FLOORING, TO DO THE JOB CORRECT, I JUST WANT MY FULL REFUND OF AND THATS FINAL, SITUATION WILL BE COMPLETE AND THEN I CAN HAVE A DIFFERENT ENTITY FIX MY FLOORING, SINCERELY MR [redacted]

we apologize for the delay, as you know we had to order this to cabinet manufacturer and we check all of our orders on weekly basiswe will do our best to expedite manufacturing the lazy suzan and will contact you soon

We installed tile in the second floor bathroom of Mr [redacted] houseIn order to install tile in second floor you have to install hardy backerTo secure hardy backer to the plywood you use screws and nails, which is exactly what was doneBelow the plywood there should be an inch to inch gap between second floor? and first floor ceiling, which there is not in this area of the homeIn this home Mr [redacted] and his contractor failed to notifiy the installers, salesman or company that his only division between the floors for the bathroom area was the plywood itselfAs you see we did not do anything wrong , but as a courtesy we will split the cost of this job and credit customer $If they remove all bad reviews they wrote for our company and sign a waiver that they will not have any further claim against LA Carpet

We received a letter from Mrs*** that she had concerns with the cabinet and the counterThe cabinet faux drawer front and the width of the counter behind the toiletWe proceeded to send our techniciansThe cabinet technician to see if what the customer is requesting is doable and the counter
technician to do measurement template again, and also see the max width that the counter could be made for the customer. After the inspections of the technicians we have responded to Mrs*** via letter what can be done to try an accomadate what she has requestedOnce we have her response after she receives the letter we will be able to move foward

The new carpet was on back order, we were informed on tuesday 07/14/that carpet was ready to be picked up
we called customer and he requested 08/04/for installation and has been scheduled for the that day
We apolagize for the delay but there was nothing we could do since
carpet was on back order

2016, I did not get any mail from themEven my phone calls and messages are not
being returned On Feb24th, *** (installation dept.) called( after
getting my letter) and said we are sending a crew to finish the job on Feb
25thThree people showed up to take more pictures and measurements again to
take back to Mr ** (general manager)I called *** and ask what is going
on? She said sorry, but we are sending a new crew on Friday Feb26th to finish the
job between 8:am to 10:am I agreed again Nobody came and when I called
from a different phone number *** answered and said well sorry , but we are cancelling your
appointment since you have asked for *** to do your installation and he is
not available todayI said where do you get this info? I want to finish this
job and I don't care who is doing itSo she said we can do it on Mar1, 2016, and promised me this time the whole job will be done and my counter top is ready to be installed Again I
agreed.TueMar1, 2016, two guys showed up without any counter top,
cabinet and still no counter top support, and they took more pictures and more
measurements.
On tueMar, I called and spoke to Ms*** *** (claims
manager) and asked her what is going on? your company has been avoiding my
calls, messages since Jan11, and when I sent a letter on Feb.19, 2016, they called to arrange to finish the job , and each time the crew came but kept taking more pictures and more measurementsshe assured me that she will investigate and get back to me before
the end of the day Since I did not hear from her , I left her two messages and until today I have not heard
from her.Today is Mar7, and three months have gone by and the corrections are not yet madeIt is very clear that they have no intention to fix the problems and since they have breeched our contract numerous times, we are terminating our contract with them.We plan to hire another contractor to complete the job.These people are not professional and they do not keep their words

we wrote her a letter requesting $balance of the carpet job we did at her houseShe called us and requested the amount to be charged to her credit card account, so we didThen she informed us to change from c.c account to finance and that was done

2016, I did not get any mail from them. Even my phone calls and messages are not
being returned.  On Feb. 24th, 2016 [redacted] (installation dept.)  called( after
getting my letter)  and said we are sending a crew to finish the job on Feb.
