Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:On Black Friday morning, there told me she wasn’t sure how much is it going to cost and gave me and estimate of 3-day for my phone to be fixed but I waited weekThen I called to for the business to stop the service on my phone or stop the repair as soon they told me the priceThey gave me grief over phone when I asked them to stop the service on my phone saying “we’re not your wireless carrier.” if they were more transparent with me I would have not got my phone repaired thereHere’s my thing anything repair regarding any software issues should not take that long they could have look online for any solution (I should have done that in the first place) there’s plenty of website to visit such as Reddit and XDA forums there’s probably sites more for the most partFor the following day, I picked up my phone and notice some of the same issues and I gave them a call since I felt like I’m being cheated out my moneyThey told me it was going to cost additional to fix it now don’t sound like a scammerI want them to keep in mind that they should have tested my phone and seen if all the issues I’ve resolve that’s going above and beyond not just saying I did expedited shipping anyone and say I want above and beyondI’m not satisfy how they didn’t utilize their resources Sincerely, [redacted]

Again we are sorry if there was any miscommunication we clearly expalined 5-days the following day you called.Most phones depending on the model can take up to 5-business days per our expert certified techs who have been in this business for years and merely not rely on online amatuer comments.We gave you a phone and you tested it infront of the tech and than followed to pay for the service.Wouldn"t make sense you would pay before testing the issue.Plus you mentioned it was black friday that is the busy time of the year and we went above and beyond to expediate the process with overnight shipping which we absorbed as an expense.We kept giving you updates and were patience even after your mini outburst and lack of patience.We have in business for years and are a well reputated business.If you would like to resolve this matter further you can stop by and speak to the manager and we can explain you in detail again.Hence your refund has been denied.We wish you best of luck in your future repairs and issues

Dear Mr.***, We strive utmost best to serve our customers and regret we couldn't satisfy your concernsWe did explain when you came in specific model phones quotes that we have to inquire and send to our main repair location in Houston,
which can take a few hours or days depending on work hoursWe gave you a estimate on the spotNext days customers calls to confirm the price and requested to go ahead fix the software issuedays later customer calls to cancel the repair we explained him software repairs cannot be cancelled once we have started to work onCustomer came next day asking is his phone ready after we explained him it takes 5-daysHe got agressive with his tone and his mom told him"Son please calm down." We expedited the repair and got the phone delivered to him in days.In this case his phone had software issue(caused by customers trying to jail break or root) that requires 5-business daysWe did quote a price same day and did disclose this informaton and quoted him a price when we took the phone for software repairPhone software was resolved and handed to customer after software repair(estimated time to days given to the customer)Hence we cannot issue a refund since we resolved the issue customer asked us to fix and went above and beyondFurther repairs will be charged if customer wants to fixWe would deny the refunds since software work was successful and ok'd by customer.Sincerely,Universal Cellular

When we originally fixed her phone and gave back cellphone screen was working.  Customer came back after 3 days warranty had expired.  We as a courtesy tested the screen on other phones and screen came on and was operable we verified in front of the customer.  We explained to the...

customer that her circuit board is damaged due to an impact caused by the customer originally.  At this point, we regret to inform we cannot further assist her as we had already waived $35 diagnostic fees and the screen was tested by two techs and it was concluded the phone's circuit board is at fault and is beyond our warranty.

We are sorry to hear customer is not satisfied with our services.  Customer walked in and requested to change camera lens (not camera) which was already damaged.  Customer left the store without giving us the password, so we didn't get a change to test the camera hence we can't verify...

customer's claim.  We gave customer full refund as a resolution.  Customer still wasn't satisfied and started cursing profanity.  We requested customer to exit the store since she was disrupting my business.  Later that day her husband called 10 times harassing and using profanity.  At this point I don't want to help them out, but we will still reach out and help her fix the camera for a price bared by the customer since camera lens was already cracked prior to repair, and was inoperable to take picture with cracked lens impeding the view.  Please let me know if you want to repair.  We can try repair if it is still repairable.
