again ill say it .....the [redacted]  sewer line has notting to do with the 2 house being connected to the house sewer line that leads to the [redacted] (city) sewer  line ....the sewer line at * and [redacted] is a shared sewer line that leads our waste to the main city sewer line ...your fresh air vent and [redacted] fresh air vent are connected to the main house sewer line ..[redacted] waste lead to [redacted] office ...as stated in my first responds this sewer line been there connected as a shared sewer line for both * and [redacted]. [redacted] fresh air vent collapse leading there sewer waste into [redacted] .

The 2 houses for one reason or the other are connected to the same sewer line. I never connected my sewer line to his impassable.  The main sewer line for both homes or in between both homes in the outside. [redacted] came to my office on 10-**-2014 and showed...

me that there is raw sewer coming out of the fresh air vent that's connected to the sewer line on my side of the building . I did saw the raw sewer coming out and sense it was coming out of my fresh air vent I though the problem was in my building . The next day 10-**-2014 I started to snaking the line from the outside and I spent over 3 hours in trying and the snake was not making any type of turns, at this point I put a jet cam in the sewer and still this small fixable cam wont make any turns ..I went into my building and opened  the walls to get to the sewer line from inside and still I could not make any turns ..as am trying to snake someone flushes and raw sewer gets all over me as am thinking "whatever is going on its from my building" I knock
on both apt. to let them know not to flush I get no answer ...at this point am thinking "if no one is in either apt. how am I getting raw sewer?" I continue to snake. I hear flushing I step back and got more raw sewer.. I go to the side of the building and I hear again flushing in between both buildings I knock on [redacted] door and ask his wife if she has flush and she said yes ....at this 
point I knew that the problem was not a clog sewer..I ask her if she can flush again and she did and again water is coming into my building . I ask for
her to call [redacted] she said she did and he is on his way..When [redacted] arrived I explained everything that I have done thinking it was a problem in my building  as we both thought after seeing what we both saw the day before ....at this point I ask [redacted] to ask he wife to flush ...when she flush [redacted] saw time and time and time again water coming into my building
and he also saw water rising up from his own fresh air vent ....we put the jet cam back in and saw what appeared to be his U-trap had collapse..we both saw
everything with our own eyes at his point [redacted] had ask me what would be the cost I told him sense it looks like we are both on the same sewer line again
for one reason or the other I will leave the price at $3500.00. When I got to his fresh air vent and U-trap the pipe was lower and the main sewer line was
higher making the water go straight into my building his U-tap had no cover on the U-trap at all what so ever.This was his problem as we both thought it was mine.as for his claim that I installed or contacted my line with his it's ludicrous  
am sending a video that you can see and hear the flushing from his fresh air vent and the water going   straight thru my fresh air vent and making its was into my office
also am sending photos that shows work beinging done to his fresh air vent ..and a photo that shows the distance between both homes

2.      Why is the property  at [redacted]  that house 2 apartments and a business in the
lower flat  is different and has no individual
connection to the main sewer on the street?
3.      Every property owner
is responsible for maintenance of the section of sewer line  located on their property For information I am
paying insurance for the sewer line located on my property.
4.      The property at [redacted] needs to reconnect to the main sewer in the street. The T connection
connecting to my property needs to be removed.

My parents hired this so called company to do a full remodeling of my house. These people are dishonest and delayed there work for 2 years. They did not have the skills or even know how to complete the job correctly. They hire 4 workers at a time to profit more money. Our roof leaked and did shady electrical work. We then hired a professional company to fix their mistakes for a lot less. Please I advise anyone who needs work done, so not call them or give them any money. Go with another professional REAL company.

Review: The company was hired by me to perform a gutter and roof cleaning. The crew arrived late in the day and finished the job when it was dark. In the morning it became obvious that parts of the roof and some gutters were either not cleaned at all, or cleaned poorly. I called and received an apology along with a promise that the crew will arrive and finish the job. No one came. I called three more times and every time received a promise that someone would come and complete the job. As per our conversation, we received a call from [redacted] for her gutters to be cleaned. Upon my arrival I attached a ladder to [redacted] home to view gutters. I advice customer that there was nothing wrong with her gutters. She showed me her Kitchen Dinning extension, we noticed water damaged in her ceiling. I went back up on the roof and noticed on the extension of the exterior of roof, opened area by sky light and gutter. I advice [redacted] of the correct procedure to correct water damaged to interior of home. Work was schedule to commence on November [redacted] 2013. Please see attached invoice for the amount of $865.00 plus Tax of $76.76 for a total of $941.76 Gutter clean dose not

exceed $155.00. The amount of this Job was not $300.00.

Review: The company in question is located adjacent to my property and house a 2 family home with tenants and office located in the basement. The contractor knocked at my door on Thursday [redacted] October 2014, and advised that my sewer has a blockage and need urgent maintenance. The contractor prepared a contract for $3810.62 for the maintenance, what the contractor actually did was connect his property drain pipes to my sewer... I did not authorized nor signed an agreement for that property to be connected to my sewer which I have to pay my hard earn cash to maintain. This is unfair and unreasonable. I feel used sine I believe that nothing was wrong with my sewer; the contractor was looking for an opportunity to link his pipe to my sewer.Desired Settlement: I will like the drain pipe to be removed from my sewer.
