Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below I did not put any chemicals on this floor and he knows it His cleaning women was the one cleaning my floors when it turned white she called him and he came right over and tried to swifter mop it also said that he agreed the floors were a mess and told us he would redo them and cover in the nail holes left all over the new floors Sadly I had to bury my father in law and that is the reason it has taking so long to contact him Sometimes things are more important at the time and my father in laws sickness and death outdid my floors I have had floor companies come in and they cannot believe that these floors have only been done a year ago, they feel he watered down the poly and they also stated that there is no way coats on these floors This man is nothing but a liar!!!! and I have witnesses to prove it.We don't want to have to go to court with this but if we do I will get triple damages with the witnesses I am so sick of people ripping us of!
