Review: I spent $180 on a ticket into the pit for [redacted] In other words, no assigned seats surrounding the stage with jealous girls trying to claim their territory. I literally had the worst night ever. I was there with 15 other friends for my co-workers 50th birthday. I had just gotten a brand new hat to wear to the concert. Some possessive chick got escorted out by security for pushing people & causing a scene. She then grabbed my hat & launched it into the crowd. I never got it back despite complaining to numerous people from the "elite group" AKA Security. They made zero effort to help me out. I even went back & told one of the security staff that I saw a girl wearing my same hat. I sat at the edge of the pit in tears for majority of the concert because I didn't want to deal with anymore drama. I think Security should've helped me confront the girl wearing my hat rather than blow me off. I'll never go back to this concert venue again. The whole vibe of the concert was ruined because of psycho people. I called the venue the following day asking if anyone turned in a Peter Grimm hat & no one bothered to call me back. I'm sure whoever got my hat thought the venue was giving it away. It was brand new. I still have the tags on top of my dresser. I think the least the venue can do is reimburse me for my hat. After all, it was their Security that didn't bother to protect the rest of us in the pit surrounded by animals.Desired Settlement: I'd like a refund for my hat. I'm happy to forward the invoice. It's the LEAST you can do. My whole experience was ruined. I couldn't even enjoy the concert with my friends.
