universal concrete coatings wont return calls.Brent McCoy put on a coating of liquid vinyl and pee gravel about 1 1/2 to 2 in thick was told at the time he would come back and finish my walk into the front of my house after many tries to contact him the drive way is cracking where the old cracks and seams were my biggest mistake was by paying him cash.sincerly Emil Clelland Fairmont West Va.

used Brent to install epoxy stone floor. after 5 months it cracked. tried to contact him numerous times and kept getting put off. finally had to get my attorney involved. he then came and fixed the crack. now here we are 9 months after the fix and its cracked again but worse.

Review: Not responding to calls about inferior work done on patio. No address , after 4months . Work done in November , problem in January called and have been put off until April . Water seeping through patio which is roof over beauty shop , ruined ceiling . May 3 went to an attorney he can't find an address just PO box . We tried but to no avail to have Brent McCoy come and look at the damage. He had a previous business which I found out later that the Revdex.com gave an F rating, McCoy concrete. We paid him $3500.00 for this work we live on SS and part time work .... He knew we weren't able to afford this...Desired Settlement: We want our money back or the problem fixed, plus the ruined ceiling replaced .
