Review: I recently ordered a refrigerated buffet unit that is produced by this company from a restaurant equipment company. Upon receiving the unit it was pitted, scratched and dented on all 4 top edges of the sneezeguard and looked as if an attempt had been made to weld and buff some damage out. After contacting the company I purchased the unit from (who assured me it had been shipped as received from the manufacturer) I found universals website and used their "contact us" link to request they contact me concerning the condition their new equipment should be received in. When I did not receive a reply I emailed them again from my own email address with pictures, again asking for feedback on whether or not this was "normal" for their newly produced units. It has now been over 2 weeks and this company has made no attempt to contact me.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to explain if a newly produced unit should be in this condition.
