Review: Not even 2 years into owning my home and I have an issue with my roof which is allegedly a NEW ROOF! The drip edge is peeling off and is pushing the roof up. The only people who have even been on this roof are contractors for Service Champions and Bonney to repair the HVAC system. The alleged warranty is SO LIMITED it only covers a [redacted] HOLE IN THE ROOF!Desired Settlement: Fix the drip edge and have it installed PROPERLY or this matter WILL be presented in court with my current case against MVV Homes. This roof was installed under an SHRA program.

I am rejecting this response because: I sent you an email Thursday when I was available. I even emailed you evidence of the defect from installation and you have failed to reply.

I received a response from Mr. [redacted] on Friday, May 2 at 9:18 am, not on Thursday as Mr. [redacted] stated.

Due to the workload of emails received on Friday, plus due to the moving situation we closed on Friday earlier, and I was unable to respond to Mr. [redacted] on Friday.

We don't work on Saturday or Sunday, therefore the response was sent on Monday morning.
