we received the complaint on March 16th from Mr***our office had asked from Mr*** to pay $for removal of broken implantuniversal Dental was willing to replace that implant for free only if he pay for the removal surgery + boneadding to $after receiving this letter, the
person in charge of our office has kindly decided to extend the courtesy due to how well of a patient Mr*** has beenthe office is now not only replacing the implant but also removing it for freepatients is now welcome to call and schedule an appointment anytimethanks;
