Extremely disastrousA few days ago I booked an appointment to take my daughter to her driving test on Wednesday April at 1:Seeing the need to better her driving, I made a new appointment for hours of driving lessons on Monday April at pmOn April at 2:pm they called to reschedule the appointment because someone else was interested in taking classes that day I responded saying I needed the classes on Monday, as I originally scheduledToday, Monday April I called them to let them know I would be mins late because I was running errandsThe secretary told the instructor named Maria my messageMinutes later the secretary called me to tell me that I never confirmed the appointment for today although I did let them know I needed the classes for today on text (I have the screen shot as proof)After I argued my case, she gave me the excuse for not being able to pick my daughter up is that the DMV was having issues and she had a long line ahead of herThis might be possible but for me it was hard to believe after knowing that they had already tried to reschedule my appointment to give the classes to accommodate another clientBased on this situation, what can I expect for the appointment I had scheduled for my daughter's driving test, which is in two daysThank you for nothing universal driving school
Review: Company was contracted to give a 1 hour lesson to my daughter and be taken to her road test and brought back home. The cost was $35 for the 1 hour lesson and $70 for the road test portion (take to DMV, use of their car, brought back home). My underage daughter was left at DMV because she wanted to get her license right away (which took her 10-15 minutes). She was left without a ride home and without any notification of either parent. They did not meet the service agreed upon and more importantly, did not give any second thoughts to leaving an underage person alone without notifying an adult.Desired Settlement: I would like a portion of the fee refunded as they did not meet the agreed upon service.
