I have ordered glucose testing strips twice from them because the price can't be beat and this is the biggest costs of a diabetic catBUT - the shipping process is so SLOW! It takes more than week for the order to be "shipped" - but that doesn't mean it's actually on it's way, so it takes more than weeks to arrive at your houseThe order goes through a whole process that would be suitable for prescriptions - but this is not a prescription product, so there's no need for such delays to get it out the doorFor my second order, I thought I gave myself enough time, but it took even longer, close to weeksThis is really unacceptable when you're dealing with medical supplies! I complained during the first order but never received any response to my complaintSo now I've gone looking for a place to write a review since their own website doesn't have any review component (RED FLAG)Otherwise the order process was fine and product quality as expected
