there were a few delays with getting his vehicle into the shop because some of the vehicles that the technicians were working on required being disassembled to the point where they were unmovable. Therefore the shop output was slowed down. My body shop manager did contact [redacted] at the beginning of recognizing the slow down in output.   [redacted] said that he initially understood. I think maybe my Body shop manager did not realize that [redacted] had a sense of urgency since he said that he understood.  Regardless I apologized profusely as had my body shop manager. [redacted] was very unreasonable with his demands. When I spoke to him he said that the absolutely only thing that would make him happy was for us to get his car done immediately and back to him  by tomorrow morning. I told him that due to  unassembled vehicles currently in the shop that need to be put back together we cannot get any other vehicle physically into the shop. He then told me that he had been a happy customer here at Hammonasset Ford for many years, sales and service and that it was a shame that we are losing him. I agreed that it would be a shame and asked if there was anything else That I could possibly do. He again said, “Get my car done by tomorrow”. We went round and round about the same impossible solution and he said that he was going the contact Revdex.com (as we see he has done) and post all kinds of negative reviews all over social media. I told him that it was a shame he was going to do that. There is no resolution possible with [redacted].   Thank you, Dana M[redacted]

I personally spoke to [redacted] and we resolved the issues. He removed all of his other bad reviews that he had initially posted on [redacted] and the such and said he would remove this one as well.
